The feedback that Client Insight gathered helped us gain an understanding of how we performed. It helped us understand what we needed to improve and prioritize. We were concerned that we needed to improve our Field Operations but our Customers told us that our Field Operations were great.

From Client Insight’s feedback, we found out that our Customers wanted improvements in reporting and our “day to day” communications. The feedback also enabled us to reshape our hiring practice which has enhanced our operations process. There were also “tid bits of information” that we were not expecting, information that helped us move our process forward.

Client Insight was able to get a conversation started that resulted in our Customers providing constructive input into our Business. We didn’t anticipate that and it has been very helpful. The value for us was that we gained a significant understanding of what our Customers were thinking and therefore the management information we needed to reprioritize our improvement efforts. It's helped us improve our core business of Leak Detection and Field Mapping.
